Cassandra was accompanying the Herald on their mission to Val Royeaux, so it fell on Cullen to deal with the apostates from Redcliff. When the commander saw the mage approaching, he anticipated his requests with a standard formula, a flat tone to his voice: 

A slow day. It wasn’t uncommon to find the inside of the Herald’s Rest almost at a standstill compared to the busy going-ons of the fortress, at least until nightfall, but it didn’t make it any more bearable for Muffy. Every time a figure passed the door, she perked up, but the more each one passed the more she busied herself with anything she could find. Cleaning the tankards, the tables, and anything else she eyed. So much that she didn’t realize at first when someone did walk in.

WHAT SHOULD WE PLOT?

yeah ! dorian definitely appreciates a sharp wit and a fiery tongue. like, if silas has a similar sort of sarcastic and flirty / teasing way of speaking then I can just imagine the back and forth they’d end up having. could definitely be fun. 

definitely open to having things turn romantically if that’s how things develop? tbh it could be anything from a one-time thing / fwb sorta situation, or actually involve feelings and proper romance. the former may be a little more likely, considering how that is basically the norm for dorian, though... ?? tbh it honestly all depends.
