I loved these Armageddon Ork boyz at first sight so I decided to get a few and try to convert them. I began by shaving off anything that looked futuristic. Then I realized there were also other things that could fit fantasy, but I didn't want to paint: studs on the shirt, teeth on the belt buckle, straps on the back, bolts on the axe handle. I also sculpted over the strap that holds the back (hide?) shirt as I really didn't like that part of the design. I made some holes in the shirt on the back. They kinda look like bullet holes, but I hope painting will fix it.
