I feel awful because I feel like I should be engaged and actively speaking out against the harms and injustices being perpetrated by colonizers in the levant who are quite literally pushing people out of their homes.
But i'm a fucking mess right now trying to stay okay or at least somewhat okay.
I've been having to fight with a mental health professional who misgendered me, said some ableist things, lied in her report, and dismissed every feeling i had and when i got upset she was liek "it's not okay to accuse me" like maybe don't lie, misgender, or say ableist things?
idk i'd very much like to be okay and to be able to do something but even thinking about it makes me so fucking anxious that I am having trouble taking care of myself.
