Tonight’s caption is going to be a bit personal but I need to get this off my chest. Recently I was with one of my mentors at work and I was challenged with this statement when discussing my career. The question ‘what is your personal value proposition?’ Immediately I was silent and didn’t know what to say. I thought to myself what makes me unique compared to everyone else in the world? And I’m struggling with it. Lately I’ve been thinking about that question with my social media presence...what is my personal value proposition for my accounts? It’s a good question and one that I’m thinking through carefully. Honestly everything I do can be done by anyone else...so how do I become unique? Guess you will see how I answer this question.
