ROSE: Are you ok?

Rose didn’t like to mince words. She wanted to know what was going on, and she wanted to know from Grant. Joey had plenty of things to say about Daken. She hadn’t exactly been impressed by him, either. Somehow she managed not to make a huge scene, a miracle really, but it was also because she didn’t have all the answers. Going right to the source was the best way to figure out what was what. 

Flopping down on the couch, she tugged Roscoe over on her lap and clicked her tongue at Sasha. “I want a dog. So, will you tell me what happened?” Before Grant even had the chance to explain, her attention was caught by a broadcast of Joker. Of all people. “What the fuck?” She showed up because her dad and Dick weren’t there, but now she was instantly on alert for that same reason. “Where are they?” If there were a bomb in the city, then under no uncertain terms it was time for them to get the fuck out.
