Are you craving a dark medieval fantasy plot, with true enemies to lovers. In this universe, the villain truly gets the girl. I want completely unhinged moments, characters that have been mistreated and destroyed, tortured and depraved, their stories are dark and sinister and it fuels the hatred and tension. I want our muses to have a past full of misery and fear and that doesn’t just magically stop when they meet or fall in love. Darkness is still around. Initially, they loathe each other. Knives at each other’s throat, stab first, talk later. Sarcasm and crude insults. The , preferably immortal villain amused by the preferably mortal muse and their ability to chase them down to hunt them like it’s their last life line, because maybe it is? Maybe it’s their purpose, maybe it’s their last hope for whatever reason. I want our muses to loathe each other so much they begin to crave each other in a way they shouldn’t. I want the bickering and violence. I want angst moments where the villain holds the other muse when something goes horribly wrong, i want them to find solace in each other before they even realise it. I want soulmates! Fated mates. They are destined to be together but they hate each other, don’t they? Sworn enemies? Or sworn lovers? Maybe both? Both is good.
I want characters who go through terminal trauma and grief and pain and such darkness. I want our muses to find a home together somewhere along the mess when they finally give in to loving each other. I just crave utter pain and chaos but deep love and dedication. A true ride or die. Death and live, kind of couple.
Some other tropes and topics I like include, Gods/goddesses, the human muse becoming immortal later on, touch her and die, the chosen one and the villain, morally grey characters, fiery, sarcastic women, vampires, fae, dragons, kingdoms at war. So so many more. I don’t particularly enjoy arranged marriages though, it’s not something I’ve had good experience with.
Somethings to know, I am a twenty four year old woman, pronouns are she/her. I won’t write with minors. Please be EIGHTEEN or ABOVE. I write advanced literate or novella style and I’m seeking a partner who will do the same thing. I also prefer to add a percentage or spice, although I won’t typically add any more spice than 30% at most because I prefer plot but I do enjoy spicy scenes that just tie it in together!
