My oc, Kujo Jouko was originally going to be decently older than jotaro. A genuine older sister, but i eventually stuck with the twin trope, and it's too late to rewrite the fanfic.

Besides I didnt want her to seem like a cougar towards kak that would have been super weird.

And at the end of the day what is this if not a glorified self insert.
