my priority is sobriety. i also need to save money, build better habits (personal hygiene, sleeping patterns, healthy eating, house chores, and, most important of all, studying).
my goal is to spend as many days away from those bad habits as possible, allowing myself some indulgence from now and then, which i’ll keep track of under the cut.
that being said, this blog is partially devoted to trying to romanticize the healthy life i wanna live; and organize that with the tags below.
weekly sobriety count:
weekly studying count:
weekly hygiene count:
weekly healthy eating count:
weekly healthy sleeping count:
weekly chores count:
saving money plan:
for every day that i stay sober, i’m saving 30-50 bucks that i was gonna spend on drugs. so every day that i spend sober i’m transferring at least 30 bucks (50 when i can afford it, but that’ll probably be rare) to an empty bank account of mine, which would amount to at least 600 in 4 weeks, if i only get high on “weekends”. so let’s see how much i’ll have by mid august!
things i can spend my savings on afterwards: tattoos (~r$700), new deck of tarot cards (~r$200), another facial piercing (~r$200), naval piercing (~r$200), a new haircut (~r$60), gym membership (r$260), a new car (r$4k), shelves for my room (~r$200), laser hair removal lol (~r$150), clothes in general, a trip with my friends (~r$4k)
chores’ progress plan:
never ending daily/weekly chores: cooking, laundry, watering the plants, feeding and cleaning the cats, feeding my snake, duolingo, etc.
acute chores: cleaning my room, cleaning my mom’s room, changing all the light bulbs, installing a better shower, etc.
fun chores: painting my nails, repurposing my clothes, dyeing my hair, watching horror movies, writing, reading, reflecting on my spirituality, etc.
