How well does it work for you? Would you mind sharing what size you're wearing? They're cute but I've been hesitant because I too am bustier than average

of course i don't mind!! i got the 0x/1x size—right now my bra size is in the 36F-G range. it definitely doesn't look like I'm wearing a “real” bra.. things look a bit more flat for sure, with less separation. i definitely find that certain tops look better with them than others—today i’m wearing this top and it definitely looks better with this shirt than it does under a tighter t shirt. but they're super comfy and not at all painful, unless you wear them while you're doing a lot of activity or anything else where you would need more firm support.

Roger: Musical lyrics you relate to, or lyrics that hold a special meaning for you?

All of “Maybe (Next to Normal).” All I have to do is think the lyrics “For all those years I prayed that you’d go away for good, / half the time afraid that you really would. / When I thought you might be dying, / I cried for all we’d never be, / but there’ll be no more crying, / not for me, not for me, not for me!” and I tear up. I’m crying a little right now because I typed that.

And “…a girl full of anger and hope, / a girl with a mother who just couldn’t cope, / a girl who felt caught and thought no one could see, / but maybe one day she’ll be free.”

Desirée: An actor you’d like to see perform in your favourite musical?

I’ve actually been thinking a lot about how I would die if Essie Davis ever played Desirée in A Little Night Music. She’s an elegant, savvy woman with a irrepressible spirit, and near the end of the show, we see her break down utterly in the most subtle, controlled, understated way. She reminds me of Phryne in a lot of ways actually - a glorious, larger than life character whose most heartbreaking moments are breathtakingly simple and unaffected.

Florence: A musical you have fallen out of love with?

When I take my dog to the groomers, they say so many nice things about him that are never true at home!!! He's gotten one bad report card, though, and it was with a brand new groomer. So I think it's more that professionals bring out the best in our pups because they know what they're doing!

I think I covered most of the fandoms that show up on this blog! I also love Elisabeth and The Dark Knight and Gone Girl and plays by Ibsen, but I wouldn’t say any one character is me as far as those go. Er, my Disney princesses are Elsa and Giselle and my Avenger is Bruce Banner. (My favorite Avenger is Steve Rogers.)
