Yen press has the limited-edition version of The Case Study of Vanitas vol 11 that includes the art book in English!!! I'm so happy I held off pre-ordering the normal volume from B&N. I had assumed the limited-edition version would be Japanese only and I missed my window a while back. I ate it with shipping, but I figure it's still a good deal if you factor in the other book price.
