Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 3/4 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce. 3 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 2 teaspoons sesame oil. 2 green onions, thinly sliced. Sesame seeds, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Put chicken pieces in a bowl and coat them with cornstarch. Put olive oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. It will take about 5 to 6 minutes of cooking after adding the chicken until it is golden brown and fully cooked. For the other bowl, mix the honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, orange juice, and sesame oil with a whisk. Cover the chicken in the sauce while it cooks in the pan. Let the sauce thicken for two to three minutes. If you want, you can add sliced green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish. Place hot on top of noodles or rice.
