Enjoy the luxury of a prime ribeye steak with a rich Cabernet Sauvignon, which will make you feel like you're in a Rolls-Royce. When you eat this with steak, the wine's complex notes bring out the steak's bold flavors and balance them out.
Ingredients: 1 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. 500g of prime ribeye steak. 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 4 cloves of garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to high heat. Rub the steak with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. While the steak is resting, open the bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon and let it breathe. Slice the steak against the grain and serve on a platter garnished with fresh rosemary sprigs. Pour glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon to accompany the steak.
