Simple high protein yogurt bowl (125-160cal; 18-19g protein)
Ingredients
-> desired amount of cottage cheese; I used about 65g and I used the 4% small curd - 50-70c
-> zero calorie brown sugar to taste - 0c
-> cinnamon to taste - negligible c
-> one container (150g) chobani mixed berry zero sugar yogurt - 60c
-> one light salted rice cake (optional) - 35c
Instructions
Mix cottage cheese, brown sugar, and cinnamon to taste. Then add yogurt and mix. Optionally, if u are like me and you don’t like the texture of cottage cheese, you can add a rice cake crumbled in. This will act sort of like adding granola and distract the texture!
