The Founders weren’t people to be messed with, and Travis was finding this out in ways he couldn’t have imagined. It was true that punishment came in all forms but one thing he hadn’t imagined was chinese water torture. There were many creative ways to get people to talk or do whatever you wanted them to, and the founders knew that. They also knew how to keep people quiet. The fact of the matter was that he was paying for his crimes and some secrets weren’t secrets after all.Â
Travis ws trying to catch his breath, but the coldness of the water wasn’t making that possible. Gasping for a breath, the Founders finally let him breathe as they stared him in the face. “You have been a busy man Travis Robert Allen.” They knew his middle name? No one knew those things, but he couldn’t understand how they knew so much, but then again, nothing surprised him anymore. Especially when it came to The Founders.Â
“WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME???” The blue-eyed blonde stared at the people who had his life in their hands. What would they do with him? Did this kind of thing happen to everyone? “Oh Travis, my boy..” Before they could say anything more, Travis spoke up and sternly spoke. “I’m NOT a boy. I’m a man. A man who has done wrong, but who hasn’t? Don’t tell me that life doesn’t have consequences. If not then why am I here?” There wasn’t another word uttered from him before he had the soaked cloth over his face and the ice cold water kept pouring down on him until he couldn’t hardly breathe.Â
“Enough is enough. Travis, stop all of this lying and admit that you and you alone headed up one of if not the largest sex trafficking rings back in California and New York City. You needed to escape because things were getting a little heated for you. Now, there aren’t any secrets that you can keep that we won’t find out about. It is, however, your choice about how we get these things resolved.”Â
Being subjected to the punishment, the days after what he went through had scarred him in many ways. If his anxiety wasn’t bad before, the paranoia he felt had increased one thousand percent. As Travis walked along one of the many trails that Woodstock had to offer, he couldn’t stop to think that there was much worse to come.
