I needed an adult Jermaine design for…reasons that will become evident soon enough but for now I figured I would share the mockup.

His design is influenced by three sources 1) His original basketball jersey outfit. 2) Guan (shout out to @writerkatsblog for the wonderful idea of Jermaine being trained by Guan) and 3) Afro Samurai (I’ve always loved the animation in that show, especially on the hair)

Context Lucifer and MC might be in the middle of a train heist right now. We don’t know what is going on.

So Lucifer might become a damsel or a serial killer. Who knows I really can’t wait for next week’s chapter.

But I fucking love that Solmare has openly made DiaLuci open to the interpretation of being canon.

Barbatos does not specify who Diavolo is concerned for the most. He just does the two of them

"What should I do Plagg?" Adrien asked, his voice barely audible. he was emotionally devastated. Everything that is happening to him, everything that has happened to him... Plagg couldn't blame him.

While Adrien was distraught, Plagg was angry. He was angry at Hawkmoth for being a horrible father and being a villain. He was angry at the order of guardians for imposing their stupid rules, he was angry at Ladybug and the other kwami for keeping his chosen in the dark for so long. Fu was the only other human Plagg held any respect towards, but he was gone. Adrien was the only one he felt was actually worthy of it now.

"Forget them. Forget all of them." Plagg stated angrily.

Adrien looked up at his kwami, tears still in his eyes.

"What?"

"This whole twisted game! Forget it!" Plagg reiterated.

Adrien wiped his eyes.

"Plagg I cant do that..."

"Yes you can! Adrien, they dont care about you. None of them do." Plagg stated coldly.

Adrien felt the kwami's words cut like a knife.

"How could you say that?"

"Look at this mess! Your father has been trying for MONTHS to get yours and Ladybug's miraculous. He has risked your life multiple times and now that he thinks you have an advantage he now comes to you." Plagg stated.

"Thats... true."

"And Ladybug. She is suppose to be your partner, but that is such an empty word to her."

"Hold on Plagg that is..."

"Hold the hormones for a second and let me talk. You can voice your opinion after." Plagg shushed.

Adrien closed his mouth. Now not crying but listening to his kwami.

"She hasnt told you ANY of the things you learned about her little partnership with Rena Rouge. Ladybug didnt mention she was a permanent miraculous wielder. She didnt mention she entrusted Rena Rouge with this information. You had to FIND THAT OUT YOURSELF! Isnt that infuriating? She probably would only tell you if you came in with this information."

Adrien processed what the cat was saying.

"So which side should I help out?"

"Neither."

"Neither?"

"Yes, forget them both. You dont need to help your father terrorize Paris and you dont need to help Ladybug stop him. She can clearly do that on her own."

"Plagg I cant just..."

"Yes you can. I am not going to let you be bound in the one place you finally had freedom. If you want to help save people, go for it, you want to go and destroy some property, go nuts. But I refuse to let you bind yourself to one of two awful situations. You end up betraying your friends or betraying your family. Neither of those are good for you. So do what we do best, destroy this toxic situation."

Adrien looked at Plagg. He could tell his kwami cared about him. He could see that the kwami did really want whats best for him. He got up from the ground, and he made up his mind.

"Okay. But I cant stay here if thats what Im going to do." Adrien answered.

"We can figure it out on the streets. The world is our Cheese box."

Adrien smiled.

"Sounds good to me, Partner.

The two fist bump and Adrien transforms into chat noir.

Shadowmoth still terrorizes Paris, but Ladybug and the other heroes are able to step in and stop him.

Both sides seem just as even as before, neither one able to get an inch on the other. Some say Ladybug has it harder without her Cat companion, but other note that Shadowmoth seems more unstable and loose with his akuma. Its hard to say which side has the advantage.

Trying a new tact, so far most have stopped messaging but many have been easily upset
