So lately I have been doing small things to help me feel better about my body like wearing clothes I feel comfortable in, growing out my beard, taking more selfies here and there, and sleeping naked (I realize this was probably tmi). And all of these have actually been helping quite a lot. I mean I don’t completely love my body but I think I am coming to an agreement with it. I call that progress. I don’t really talk to people about this stuff, so this is mainly me ranting but this doesnt take away the happiness I feel. So there is that.Â
