It hadn’t been that long since he had come to terms that his little baby brother ... or rather not so baby brother anymore, was alive. It had taken some getting used to, some adjusting mentally and that meant quite a few trips along the outskirts of town at dawn and dusk when he wouldn’t be seen as much. Little did he know, however, that people took notice of a tall man running at any hour of the day or night ... and soon word spread. Some kids even got videos of Ju-Long in all his shadow glory.
The rumor of some sort of creature hunting at nights had spread like wildfire, enough so that Ju-Long had decided now was as good of a time as any to keep to himself. And that was exactly what he was doing tonight. It was one of the few rare moments that Ju-Long had the house to himself, opting to lounge back on the couch as he mindlessly flipped through the channels. When the knock to the door did come, at first Ju-Long thought to simply ignore it... he had better things to do.
But on the heals of that thought came the bone deep loneliness he experienced. Even if it was a fleeting interaction, it would be better than being alone. So with that thought he pushed to his feet, padding bare foot to the door before openig it.
“Helloooooooooo...” the man standing in the doorway was bare chested, grey sweatpants hanging loosely off his hips ... and his eyes? They were a vibrant pink color. His greeting came cheerfully at first, bt the instant he caught sight of his guest that stood before him now, his tone changed as he drew out the single word, thin lips parting in surprise as he simply stood and stared at the woman before her ... and wondered just what in the hell she was
