So this is not the first time I read Iruma gets taken away because he doesn't have a medical file, but there's one thing that always bothers me about it, is that makes perfect sense that he doesn't have one not just because I think was sold his parents.
His parents most likely never took him to a hospital in the first place! Why would they? The hospital is a mandatory reporter the moment he's in for all his injuries he would have been taken away.
And they're constantly moving so it makes sense that they "lost" but his birth certificate and just never replaced it because why would they, they don't care how about their son
Like even if Sullivan asked for it and when they sold him they probably didn't even have it. The chances are so low
Like it's already established that his parents are pieces of shit but it doesn't come to anyone's mind and then maybe Iruma doesn't have a medical file because his parents never took him too I will see a medical professional.
Sullivan is literally working with nothing here and trying his best.
