Those who know me know I am a sucker for all things #French. I consider #Paris my spiritual home so when I heard the Paris Pop-Up was happening at #OpenFarmCommunity, I got excited. So last week, I got to have #lunch there and it was great. I really enjoyed many dishes, especially the #chawanmushi and the grilled #chicken with salsa verde. However I was totally wowed by the pescatarian version, #fish collar treated the same way! #SoClever. And although I have mixed feelings about #naturalwines, my fears were put to rest here as #sommelier @lauravidalsomm shared her favourite finds, all of which I enjoyed.
