â Slytherins are supposed to bully; they are not supposed to get bullied, or so Thorfinn always thought. â The Rowle family has always been quite large and well known. Thorfinn has several older siblings, but the closest one to him is at least six years older. The legacy they left meant that he was always âso and soâsâ little brother, baby brother, wee Rowle. â  Heâs always felt that he was never able to make a name for himself, everyone already coming up with their ideas for him before heâs even had a chance to open his mouth. â When he didnât live up to his siblings, the bullying started. He wasnât good enough. He wasnât as tall as his brother. He wasnât as smart as his sister. Poor little rich boy, they said. All that money and he canât buy himself any confidence. â One day, he snapped and set the entire Charms class on fire due to his emotional outburst. Instead of people becoming afraid of him, he continued to be mocked for being unable to control his emotions and magic. â Heâs been searching for someone or something to cling to, to give him strength and stability. Heâs easily influenced and needs a cause. â It isnât hard to look at him and realize what side of the war he will end on. Thorfinn needs a cause to believe in to give his life meaning and to be important. One can only hope he gets control of that temper and that magic before it turns around and explodes on him.
