Messing around with open simplex for terrain generation again
The first two images are generated on a microdot server, stitched together and then pulled back apart with magick on the client side. The third image is from Blender, I apply the color texture to a grid and use the black and white texture for displacement

More experimentation with Open Simplex
I got Poisson Surface Reconstruction working through Open3d, on the left was my first try before realizing that in the second one I could recalculate the normals based on faces in Blender which seems to have totally fixed them. I'm getting the results I was hoping for now
