Man I love reading DnD notes I've written, and getting absolutely whammied in the emotions by the line of "despite everything, he still cares" and man I was already purposely whammy-ing myself in the feels by thinking of A Thing
BUT MAN-
Had a DnD related realization, and that realization was that Kouta Hirano, as in, the author of hellsing (and the author of drifters) has ruined an entire family in my dnd campaign, solely because of the fact that 2 characters (or at least bits of their lore) are inspired by characters from both of those (well, one has hellsing inspired lore, while the other has a decent bit of inspiration from a character from drifters)
