Dolly thought it was time for a haircut.
Jinx offered her services.
Now, Dolly has a helipad on her forehead and an axe to grind. Whether her sister is getting revenge for something she did, or is just incompetent, Dolly does not care. The only thing she cares about right now is where she can find a spray bottle, about half a litre of fox urine, and the key to Jinx's wardrobe.
Maybe she could swap Jinx's perfume for it...
... Clearly "Proportional response" is not a part of Dolly's vocabulary.
Well, look on the bright side: at least Jinx will gain some empathy for those unfortunate enough to have absorbent skin.

Locked in and managed to get this done in like 3-4 hours. I'm actually rather impressed with myself. I mean, I desperately need to go to bed, but still!

They recently updated the designs for these two, and one of the changes made was giving Dolly straight bangs. While probably not canon, I like to imagine that the old designs are just their old styles 'cause it's fun. This is my interpretation of how that recent change came about under such a line of thinking.
