9) whats the worst pickup line someone has asked you

Oh shit it’s been 15 years since I’ve dated anyone other than my husband. He likes to joke around on occasion and the worst he’s said is “hey baby, you going my way?”

15) what is your favorite memory

This is gonna sound really bad, I adore my son and love my husband but I would have to say my favorite memory is from when I was idk maybe 6? I know I couldn’t have been older than 9.

Every summer as a kid I would go up to my grandparents for two weeks, I’d have one week at my dad’s parents and one week at my mom’s parents. They lived like maybe 20 minutes away in traffic.

So I was staying at my mom’s parents, my grandfather had a chair in the living room (downstairs no tv) and a chair upstairs in the den (tv) the one in the living room you could see from the doorway of the kitchen and the doorway was directly next to the stove.

So I was very close to all the men in my life, I was pretty spoiled by both sets of grandparents, cousins have said that I was the favorite and I’m like I was the FINALLY they waited 13 goddamn years for me, I was the baby of both sides and my mom’s parents only granddaughter. My pop-pop and I were close, his birthday was two days before mine and we celebrated together, he was a woodworker and when I visited he’d build stuff with me in the basement.

But my favorite memory (now that I’ve gone on like ten tangents) is in that downstairs chair. So my mom-mom was making dinner, I was sitting on my pop-pop’s lap which was pretty frequent when I was little, lots of memories of him reading me stories or us napping in the chair together.

My pop-pop loved to tickle me, and I’m ticklish like crazy, so he’d tickle me and I’d scream and squeal, so my mom-mom was making dinner, I’m being tickled and screaming my head off. Mom-mom puts her spoon or whatever down, walks to the doorway “Carl, knock it off.” Hands still, behind me he says “yes ma’am” she goes back to cooking and less then a minute later the cycle continues.

My grandmother was scolding in fun, she fought to keep a straight face, and my grandfather would have stopped if I asked him too, obviously I had fun since it’s my favorite memory.

grape: if you could take a vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go?

i was supposed to go to england and france with my best friend this summer but for reasons i don’t have to explain we had to cancel it! but yeah, i want to go so badly. second trip to england i’ve had that has been cancelled for reasons out of my hands... c’mon. in seriousness though, was really looking forward to disney paris and the harry potter museum and the west end and just the ARCHITECTURE.

banana: favourite horror movies?

so i tend to not like most horror movies because i find myself BORED OUT OF MY MIND very easily during them but!!! carrie and the shining are two of my favourite movies ever and i really enjoyed get out. (i also watched halloween in one of my film history classes and looooved it).

apple: what do you use more, tumblr or twitter?

Normally she’d fall asleep her head against the window, today sleep evaded her. Her mind far too busy as she went over every worry and fear she had.
