#OnTheFirstDayOfHalloween My costume confession is that this has been the status of the #1870ensemble for the past month with no progress whatsoever. I’ve got 30 more days to make this happen.

Underskirt needs to be hemmed. Overskirt needs to be re-draped to something useable and then cut and sewn in fashion fabric. Bodice pattern is cut out with some alterations made in advance but still needs a muslin made before we even think about fashion fabric. Oh right, and yards of piping and whatever ridiculous trimming I have time for.
