Hey! Sorry for the late submission. Maybe I’m just still in shock that we got an entire chapter delving into the past with zero new information revealed. Tbh I’m a bit confused. Do the creators get paid per panel? Is that why they’re dragging this out?? Or do they just like to torture us???
I truly think it’s a talent to say so much nothing, but still manage to be entertaining. If it weren’t for baby MikaYuu being so adorable and sassy with each other, this update would’ve been entirely skippable. But whatever, I guess I’ll just have to keep hoping for answers next time 🫠

Yes??? What the hell was that chapter? Honestly, I don't think even the Mika and Yuu banter was worth it. It's the exact same banter we've been getting for the past handful of chapters. Not that it's not enjoyable but when you keep throwing the same thing at us and then DON'T PROGRESS THE STORY IN ANY WAY?? It's too much.
The 2 page spread with all the demons minus Kiseki-o was nice, but it's honestly the only thing I found enjoyable about this chapter. So much for my semi-confident declaration that we were finally going somewhere. Maybe I should keep my mouth shut concerning those kinds of statements from here on out LOL I'm not sure I've been right so far.
I wonder how Japanese reception of that chapter was. I know virtually no one here in the west is happy about it, so I wonder if the Japanese fans are just as dissatisfied or if they are clambering for Mika and Yuu content so badly that this is exactly what they want? Chapters haven't contained much before, but I don't think it's ever been this barren. I can't help but think that there's SOME reason for it other than 'Kagami felt like it' because wow. That was a whole lot of nothing.

newest chapter was really good, but I gotta say seeing the black series demons again was a highlight (especially Byakkomaru).
Really weird to see them in those outfits though, being that's it's ancient greece 😅.
