Sausages, what a great food. Italian Sausages, creamy polenta & an onion jus. Italian sausages are just meat, so are full of flavour, these ones have a nice peppery kick. I like to make my polenta with half water, milk and a little cream. Not forgetting the Parmesan, a good rasp of nutmeg, cracked black pepper.
