Proof would be meeting them and having your own opinion, not reading someone else’s post. Loads of people hate on one direction for reasons we, fans, know not to be true. It’s the same in all fandoms. I just don’t get the hype about 5sos. At all
i couldn't really be arsed mostly because i'm not interested in them at all but if they do behave like assholes then that's a big and enormous shame because I'm sure there are people that like them very much. this time a year ago i hadn't even had my blog a month & my best friend alicia (onedirectionbarbiex) was one of the most popular writers on this website yet fast forward a year & now she's debating deleting her blog because she feels like nobody gives a shit about her or her writing. i hate that i'm having to make this post because it should never have come to this. her writing is amazing & she is one of the most caring people i've ever had the pleasure of knowing for nine years. please, if you follow her, tell her not to delete. don't just say it because i said so, say because you mean it. if you don't follow her, do it. read her writing (trust me it's incredible). converse with her. make her feel like she belongs here because without her persuading me to get this blog, i wouldn't be here now & i know how upset you would all be about that lololololol anyway please, it would mean a lot :(
