At @itworksadventure 's #ONE2017 Conference back in February our CEO @themarkpentecost wanted to tell us how 2017 is going to be all about focusing on our business and reaching our goals. Rather than just telling us about it, he brought in Nik Wendalla to prove how important focus can truly be-- he didn't even have a net AND his family and friends (including himself) had fallen from an 8man pyramid on a wire just two days prior to doing this in front of all 21,000 of us at this Conference but he made it right back up there and if that isn't <terrifyingly> inspiring then I don't know what is.

When you start something like this, you do it for you. This is an excerpt from this book I read on the plane ride from a Florida to Phoenix after the It Works Convention 💞 "As women, we are guilty of being catty. And talking about other people is human nature, but it can go too far. I’ve made an attempt to compliment women who I admire, rather than bitch about them, and I can’t even begin to tell you how good it feels. Giving a genuine compliment to another person can do wonders for not only them, but for you as well. It just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I call it soul food. I don’t know about you, but my soul is pretty damn hungry, so I try to nourish her as often as possible. But keep in mind the compliments need to be honest." This is so true.
