CloudHax introduces advanced technology for their “Clouds”
CloudHax, a latest advanced online platform in Malaysia, was launched last year, introducing some amazing features for their property listings site. But don’t get them wrong, they aren’t exactly a property listing portal as incorporated within their website are also other potential “clouds” (that’s what they call them) such as Car, Classified and upcoming Travel, Events, Jobs etc.
Despite being rather diversified (or heavy), their website seems to have the upper hand to work well across PC, tablet or mobile devices and they’re launching their mobile app very soon. The ultimate goal of the organisation is to be Malaysia’s First Search Engine, possibly way too ambitious and is something not seemingly easy to attain but CloudHax’s committed and dedicated team certainly thinks otherwise.
With a slogan of “One Platform for All”, they believe their website is well-suited to cater to the mass market, countering time, place and age barriers.
As of now, CloudHax’s interface may appear a little too congested with miniature icons and links everywhere but they should be on the verge of uplifting and redesigning to be more user-friendly. However, CloudHax does have something impressively sophisticated, particularly their technology, creativity and consolidation of all the clouds in one platform.
Spend some time scrutinizing CloudHax’s every nook and cranny and you’d go wow (or at least, hmm not bad). First thing first, if you haven’t already noticed, their website is “https” which implies that it’s secured. Such a high security protection requires the site to undergo rigorous verification processes. In other words, CloudHax’s placing their utmost priority on customers’ personal data protection so they took prior precautions. *thumbs-up for them!
And their listings are also somewhat different – in the sense that there’s a lot to dig out apart from a layout of information of a single property. Users can acquire information of the agent who posted the listing, the agency that he or she works in and contact them via CloudHax – call or messaging within the website itself.
Then, there’s the price history feature where you can see the current and past trends of price fluctuations to get a better outlook. The loan calculator is attached with each listing, displaying an automated amount of monthly instalments according to the proposed loan period and interest rate. This definitely comes handy to for those who’s always actively working on budgets and affordability.
Something not to miss out is the map feature. You know how sometimes it’s difficult to keep up with the names of new places, especially when development is too rapid. And that’s when we need a map to see the exact location, even better that CloudHax has the street view feature! And if you have GPS on your computer or mobile, you can click on Get Direction to see how you could get there. Or, if you are interested in other property in that area, there’s the View Nearby feature for you to expand your visibility within that particular vicinity.
All of these are not only for property, they also work the same for their Car cloud! And with that, I would say the rolling of other new Clouds is something to be looked forward to. CloudHax may have started small like many other start-ups and new ventures but they do have profound potential to stand on par with (or outshine) their rivals if they continue to inject innovative ideas and technologies into their portal.
