I’ve never done a serious devblog update, but me and the rest of the teams still working hard!! We want to try and have a short public demo out before the end of the month, but who knows with my schedule. 

So what have we done so far? Well I’ve been mostly working on technical stuff, designing menus and the like, but now that all of that’s complete for the most part all that’s left is more writing and more art. Lots of art.

But anyways, I’m having fun still so that’s what matters! I’ll do it for my boys!

Here’s a few screens of the menus and such, I hope ya’ll like how pink everything is, it’s a Look now.

It was pretty fun figuring out how to put everything together! Even if it took just hours of me googling errors.

Now UI is all well and good but what about the rest of the game? Well, for the demo we aim for it to be the introduction, in which the player meets all of the characters and no routes yet. We’re about half way through that in coding right now! (I also need to draw a few more backgrounds, whoops.) But It’s more fun to look at than to just tell you about, so here’s some more screens.

We already rolled out what we had done to some of our beta testers and things went pretty ok coming from someone with 0 previous coding knowledge so that’s cool I guess.
