It is delightfully rolled and steamed needles of tea leaves, which gives it the most delightful flavor that has a pleasant astringency and umami, and the prettiest teaware (i have kind of a thing for ceramics), and you can do multiple infusions from the same leaves, and it's the nicest, but get good tea leaves or it is not that great.

mostly i am inclined to say TEA! i am a herbal tea bitch. green tea in the morning, chamomile at night. maybe a chai in between? there is something so comforting about it and it's the best to have with a dessert/sweet snack. but this might just be bc i'm english so tea is like my whole culture lol

however, when the mood hits there is nothing that beats an iced coffee... nothing... (maybe i am a gay stereotype is that so bad)
