A delicious and nutritious smoothie packed with the goodness of strawberries, kiwis, and Omega-3-rich chia seeds.

Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries. 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup spinach leaves. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 tablespoon honey.

Instructions: Add strawberries, kiwis, Greek yogurt, spinach leaves, chia seeds, almond milk, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
