Not the best of pictures... I need to work on that :L Today was the second Olympic lifting class here at my gym, where we did front squats and a full body routine. Having never really done front squats be fire I'm pretty happy where I'm at, and i know o can make some good progress on it Legs are dead like crazy, it was interesting taking the stairs from the weight section down to the locker room. Now to go find something to eat because fuck I'm starving Tomorrow is my rest day, so lots of sleep for me soon! Which I'll need since I've only been getting between 4-5 hours lately :[

08.10.17 It was just John and I at the gym today so it turned into snatch lessons instead of the planned workout. Two weeks left of this challenge. I'm excited to get back to some flexibility.

And so it begins...
Clean pulls and cleans, 42/45/46 kgs. No worries about weights I used to worry about💓 Working on staying over the bar during the pull, and was surprised by some dang snappy elbows on the final clean, though it looks like I need to keep working on my knees caving in slightly when I come out of the hole. It's always something.
