...in the category of goalkeeper penalty shootout heroics, I still think Olivia McDaniel is up there at number 1, because:

It was the WAC 2022 Quarterfinal, the winner of which will have a direct ticket to the World Cup

Philippines was down 3-2 vs Taiwan in the shootout tally; the Philippines having had 2 penalties saved, and Taiwan having missed 1. It looked dire for the Philippines

McDaniel saved Taiwan's 5th penalty, keeping the tally at 3-2

She then took Philippines' 5th penalty. If she had missed this, Philippines would have been knocked out. But she buried it, putting the tally at 3-3

Penalties then went to sudden death

McDaniel saved Taiwan's 6th penalty, and things went from dire to one well-taken spot kick away to WC qualification

Sarina Bolden took Philippines' 6th penalty. She had missed a penalty during regular time in the final group match vs Indonesia, but she redeemed herself in this one and she buried the ball in the back of the net
