clara!! langdon is kinda snippy to strangers lmao i think he’s like a nervous dog. he probably spends all of his energy being kind to strangers when he’s working and has none left when he clocks out.

so this is difficult bc clara n langdon start as fwb and then become a couple… so they develop some form of attraction to one another around the same time (post season 2 when he gets clean).

but after they start hooking up, langdon definitely catches feelings first. he does it pretty easily, kind of realizing that he feels more than just a physical attraction at some point after they hook up one night. i think he’s like ‘oh! i could see this being a real relationship instead of something casual!’ and tries to repress it in order to Not Freak Her Out.
