Here is how to sign up for the Goodbye Olicity Online Gift Exchange

Please use submissions to sign up for the gift exchange. Copy the following sheet into the post and fill it out. You can delete the italic suggestions and explanations.

Your name: You don’t have to add it, but it make things more personal.

Your tumblr URL: I definitely need this to contact you.

What you will be willing to make: gifsets, graphics, collages, fanart, vids, fics, playlist, etc.

What you would like to receive: gifsets, graphics, collages, fanart, vids, fics, playlist, etc.

Would you be willing to make something extra in the event that someone backs out?: Yes/No

A few suggestions on what you enjoy so your Secret Santa has some ideas: Please remember these are suggestions, not requests. It is up to your Secret Santa as to what they create for you. It’s helpful to add general things of what you enjoy or not enjoy in the suggested gift, for example the rating of a fic.

it’s finally time for our usual Holiday Gift exchange in the fandom. We are very excited, and we hope so are you!

Unfortunately, we are a little bit late to the party this year, so everything has to be done a little bit faster, especially the sign-up. Please share this info with everyone you think might be interested in joining in on the fun!

Olicity Secret Santa is for absolutely everyone who loves Olicity.

This is an ONLINE gift exchange, so all you have to invest is time. No money needed!

There is also no personal information being exchanged.

We are sure, no matter how little talented you feel, you will find a way to contribute to this.

Just be sure to remember: There will be a deadline!

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE NOV. 27.  Assignments will (HOPEFULLY!) be sent out by Dec. 3 and all gifts will be due by Dec 20.

Everyone will be assigned ONE person to make a gift for.  You can request a specific type of gift you’d like and we will do our best to match up people as best as possible.

Hey Secret Santa!

I’m honestly not super picky about what I get. I’m totally good with AUs - the fluffier/happier/cuter, the better. I’m not a big fan of angst, so I would recommend staying away from things that would cause a great amount of pain. But other than that, have at it.

Olicity Secret Santa Rules

Hi everyone! First, thank you to everyone who signed up! We have 70 participants and we are so excited to see what everyone comes up with. Entries are now CLOSED. 

 Things are about to get started over here at the Secret Santa Blog.  Names will be coming to you soon for your giftee, so there are some things we want you to keep in mind when making your gift!

Rules:

Do NOT contact the person you are making something for!  This is a SECRET after all.  If you REALLY want to ask them about something, use anonymous.  But first check out their blog to see what they like if you’re having a tough time coming up with something.

Please DO include a message along with your finished gift.  (It can be as simple as “I love your blog!” or something more if you’d like.)

Please do NOT post the finished piece on your blog.  Submit it here so it can be posted all at once with everyone else’s!  Once everything has been posted on the @olicitysecretsanta blog, you can post it anywhere else you’d like (your personal blog, fanfic.net, ao3, etc.)

If you post on on AO3, there is a Collection titled “Olicity Secret Santa” that you can add it to so people can view all the fic submissions together if they choose.

Your gift should not be Mature, explicit or contain any trigger warnings.  

You MUST NOTIFY the Lyn, Kathi or Mare if your URL changes.

Fics should be at least 500 words.

Gifsets should include at least 6 frames.

Photo edits should include at least 2 pics/frames.

All works should be new! (nothing is worse than a regift…. even online!)

Everything should be Olicity related!  (It is an Olicity Secret Santa after all)

All submissions are due by December 22nd so we can have enough time to get them ready to post.
