Olga Sinclair
Olga Sinclair was born in Panama City, Panama in 1957.
At an early age she began painting with her father, Alfredo Sinclair. At 14, Sinclair held her first solo exhibition.
In 1976, she attended the Academy of Applied Arts in Madrid, Spain and did 3 years of classic art drawing lessons at Arjona Studio. At 17, Sinclair earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) while taking engraving lessons in Giangranddi Studio.
Sinclair, at 30, became Cultural Attache to the Panamanian Embassy and remains Panama’s Cultural Ambassador.
January 18, 2014, Olga organized an event where 5,084 kids painted simultaneously for 3 minutes, setting a new world record.
