Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood

First conceived 18 years ago by a Georgia Tech student the Atlanta BeltLine will use a former railroad corridor to interconnect 45 neighborhoods via 33 miles of trails, 2,000 acres of parks, and an expansion of the Atlanta Streetcar. At the northeast corner of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward, parts of the Eastside Trail are rapidly turning into a public gallery and bring new audiences to the neighborhood near the historic Ponce City Market—the former Sear, Roebuck & Co building. One such installation, on the back of Ponce De Leon Pl. Morningstar Storage is this recent work by Chris Veal. Veal told “Common Creativ ATL” that his style is always changing from one piece to the next and he is easily bored doing the same thing—saying that often works against him since people don’t usually associate different works with the same artist.  @caveal  @atlantabeltline  @commoncreativatl  @poncecitymarket  @oldfourthward​
