Thanks for the ask! Okay, so first let's see who my favorite characters are:

Kat Donlan (Gunnerkrigg Court)

Bina Miryala (All Night Laundry)

Periheliion/ART (The Murderbot Diaries)

Julian Bashir (Star Trek Deep Space 9)

Dina Saruyama (Dumbing of Age)

These are certainly 5 of my favorites but it's not totally unambiguous. Anyway, let's say they're coming together to play something like Risk or Catan, with a substantial element of chance, but a good amount of negotiation and player interactions to determine the course of the game. I'm also assuming that somehow none of these characters are like, surprised by the setting where they're meeting (presumably on ART), despite scifi bullshit not being endemic to all of these media.

Kat plays the game reasonably well and has fun with it. She's smart and personable, and negotiates well with other players. When she gets really into the game she starts playing a bit more aggressively, but she never really loses her cool and recognizes that ultimately, this is a game and winning isn't more important than having fun.

Bina has a pretty similar temperament to Kat, but is more prone to impulsive decisions and general mania. She'll occasionally make a dumb blunder and ask the other players "Hey can I undo the previous turn?" She'd also get a bit more frustrated as the game goes on, in terms of hours, because keeping her attention on one thing for that long can be torturous when she's not filled with the adrenaline from high-stakes situations.

Dina starts by reading the actual rules, and doesn't have a ton of boardgaming experience. She is prone to analysis paralysis before making very middle-of-the-road reasonable moves. Halfway through the game, she uses a game mechanic no one else realized was a thing, and points to the page of the rulebook that says so. She also does not see very much purpose in engaging with the inter-player negotiation aspects, and doesn't have a ton of fun with the game overall. These players are just not the players for her to mesh with.

Julian is not entirely sure how he got dragged into this board game, but he's having much more fun than he thought. He's very smart and analytical and enjoys this kind of gaming, so he is doing very well in the game. However, any time victory is in his grasp and he loses, he gets far more frustrated than any of the other players would.

ART cheats, but not in the obvious ways. It's manipulating the randomness to help whoever it decided was its favorite, probably Dina. idc if they're using physical dice, ART's still manipulating it somehow. It's reasonably okay at the interpersonal portions of the game, but it doesn't matter too much, because ART's choosing the winner no matter what.

After the game, I think Kat and Bina become friends, bonding over being racialized neurodivergent queer women. Dina also ticks all of those boxes, but I don't think this group would be immune to infantilizing her because of how her autism presents, just like most of the new people she meets. ART would be sympathetic to how no one seems to understand her, and give her some support. Bashir and ART would spend a good amount of time bantering and getting under each other's skin, but they'd come out as friends too.
