Bring Me The Horizon - nihilist blues ft. Grimes : a bit of a miss for me

the song is well produced.

and the concept of the flashing images and other easter eggs in the video is really cool too.

and the lyrics are also interesting. i don’t oli has written anything like this and it’s nice to see the change.

but as a listener, it’s sort of a miss for me.

i don’t want to be that edgy teenage boy in the comment section who says “BRING ME BACK THE HORIZON”.

but i really don’t enjoy this song.

MANTRA and wonderful life were heavy, so of course i like them.

medicine was a bit of a bump (after the first two singles i was expecting something a bit heavier), but was still a good song.

mother tongue (like i posted yesterday) was also cute. and i liked it. i don’t think this band has really done a ‘love song (if you can call mother tongue that); and it was good. it was catchy, well-produced, and i really enjoyed it.

but this was a bit too much techno for my taste.

just a lil’ too much.

again, the concept was cool, lyrics were great.

but just a bit too much of techno. at least in the other songs you could here more instrumentation, but it’s all jordan in this one.

BUT I HAVEN’T LOST HOPE.

I KNOW ALL THE OTHER SONGS ARE GOING TO BE AMAZING BECAUSE THIS IS BMTH DAMNIT.
