OKC Marathon, 2021

Memorial Henge, spring edition.  

I accidentally* got this one Thursday evening, and at the time I didn’t have the lens I felt I needed to do the scene justice.  So I went back last night and tonight with my “proper” lens to “better” catch the scene.  Except that last night was so hazy the sun was gone WAY before sunset, and tonight was a photography bust.  All my photos sucked because I didn’t compose correctly and then the atmosphere got in the way  and the sun disappeared early.   Plus, the sun wasn’t in the same place of course, so it wasn’t quite the same anyway. So I’ll have to make do with my exactly one decent shot from two nights ago and be content until spring for another opportunity.   *accident in that I didn’t know this was the time of year for “Memorial Henge”.
