Couple 20-day challenge: Day 3 - A letter

My dearest Aura,

While some may say that words are my forte, nothing struggles me more than having to put my feelings for you into words. Here I sit, stuck in thought, seeking to find the right words to say. For me, my love for you is indescribable with neither numbers nor words. In my case I believe actions speak louder than words, so if I must scream my love for you from the rooftops, then I shall do so with all pride and glory. The time I first held you aboard that ferry on that one rainy day, is a time I will never forget. I was honoured to have been your Jack, and you my Rose. To have thought that we would be where we are today several months ago would have been crazy for me, but having you here with me makes life so much better. You are the light in my life. You are so much more than I could have ever expected, and ever asked for. I dare not say that it has been easy, but I have learnt and taken away so much from the current duration of our relationship. It is the little things about you which intrigue me the most, and are what make me fall for you the hardest. There is no amount of words which can describe the full extent of my love for you, so I can only hope that I can show it to you as best as I can. I hope to be your light, when it gets dark, and your prince charming, when you become a damsel in distress. It is you and I, against the world.
