Our order from The Pampered Glider came in today! Fresh bucket of dried meal worms, fruit and yogurt treats, new batches of OHPW mix and bee pollen, and a magnet with the OHPW recipe. It’s super simple, but I make it just infrequently enough to need to look it up. The gliders will be so happy!
Glider veggie prep! Three different combos to give them variety. These batches include spinach, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato, snap peas, kale, green peas, a f*@&ton of bok choy, vanilla yogurt, OJ (with vitamin D & calcium), and a few other veggies I can't recall right now.

So it was time to make a new batch of OHPW mix (or glider ice cream as we call it) and my power went out. We had enough left for Pugsly and the others had to go without for a night. We gave them other protein but I still felt super sad. As soon as the power came back on I mixed up a batch and we are back to our regularly scheduled diet.
Tonight I spilled OHPW on my shoulder while trying to put the bowl in the cage. It slid down my chest and onto my stomach. I'm now sticky and smell like honey. The joys of being a glider Mama.
