an au where karkat is a princess trapped in a dragon-guarded tower dreaming about his prince charming and terezi tries to save him but ends up being distracted by the dragon and eventually gives up on the princess
then meenah shows up and there’s no more dragon or locks but karkat is still up there, scared and alone, so she calls up “hey”
and he scurries to the window like “sup”
and she’s like “need a hand down?”
and he nods and she tosses up one of her braids and they reverse-repunzel out of there
