When You’re An Addams
I got to thinking about other musicals Nora and Ohlen could do where they play opposite each other and one of the ideas that came to mind was Morticia and Gomez. However, in the rankings of ideas, this definitely gets bumped down a bit as it forced me to shave off Ohlen’s beard. It looks right for the character he’s playing but not for him 😔

The Tartan Army
In honor of my trip to the World Cup this week, I could not help but imagine the Pershing-Solstrum family doing the same. And as this was the first time Scotland had qualified since 1998, they’d naturally go all out for their trip to the group stage opener in Boston. Ohlen is particularly thrilled to wear the kit he originally purchased the last time the US hosted (and is now wearing it in mourning as the knockouts begin).
A Pretty Good Bad Idea
Recently rewatched the 2023 proshot of Waitress and I think Nora and Ohlen would have a lot of fun as Becky and Cal respectively. There’s a couple of Becky’s jokes I’d probably tweak to better fit Nora, but in general they’d love it. Playfully bickering is one of their favorite pastimes and Ohlen is always down to pretend he wants to fuck her so bad he looks stupid. (Mostly because he really does 😔)

Continued the Musical Madness™️ from just imagining my characters in musicals to drawing them. Had to start with the one that led me down a set designing rabbit hole. From what I can tell, the Victorian prop wheelchair would be about three times as heavy as Nora’s usual ultralight chair, so she probably wouldn’t do much dancing in this one (but she can certainly support murderous revenge fantasies!)

To Get the Thing That Makes it Worth the Journeying
I felt obligated to draw OCs in Halloween costumes and since Entyre will always choose to be a wolf, I figured the whole family would join in. So, here is the (very dapper) wolf, the (very Scottish) Little Red Riding Hood, and the (very purple) witch from Into the Woods. I had a lot of fun figuring out their costumes and I’m sure they would be having fun singing along while they got ready.

The actual DnD!verse versions of Nora and Ohlen (in the elven equivalent of their thirties). Nora, the Twilight Cleric who defied all understandings of healing magic when she refused to proclaim from what divine source she gets her power from and yet only grew more powerful, and Ohlen, the Eloquence Bard attorney who uses his power of oratory to fight for justice. They are not at all interested in a third, but they WILL fuck you up if you try to pry into Nora’s mind.

“Clearly, seeing as you’re willing to chance toe-crushing-distance.”
“I shall be out of your hair in a moment. But first, you must pay the toll.”
“The toll?”
“As specified by my apron.”
“Hmmm. Well, if I must…”
I like to think that he only put on the apron when she got home from work and he could ensure the toll would be paid. (It always is.)
