Do you happen to know if the Netflix series is going to be the entire Grishaverse (including Six of Crows) or just the Shadow and Bone trilogy??
It's both!
The first season is filmed and last I heard around July/August I think is when they were doing reshoots. I could have that time frame wrong. Reshoots were definitely done a few months ago. The first season has 8 episodes. Which many believe, myself included, it will be split four and four. Though I can see it 3/5 as well. Giving Grisha trilogy an additional ep. Leigh has also stated that there will be slight changes to the storyline. Which has me equally excited and nervous.
One big change is The Darkling goes by General Kirigan. I find interesting being Kirigan appears in King of Scars (or he's mentioned? I don't remember I'm tired 😂)
What I know for sure is Nikolai and Wylan will not appear in season 1. Freddy Carter is going to kill it as Kaz! Oh and these are the episode titles:
