New workout split
I've change to a new workout split. Legs/Push/Pull just like what Ogus is doing.
Trying it out cos it does make sense to me when he was explaining.
Not the typical chest,legs,back,shoulder,arms routine. This is slighthy higher volume. Hope i'll make mo gainszzzx..
Apparently theres a body builder with the same last name as me. I have a very unique last name and not many americans have it (special snowflake moment). I was surprised because I'd thought he'd be small and Jewish like me.

My weekly schedule can I stick to it?
So I can start keeping to a schedule I am going to have a split of gym and rest days over a 7 day week.
something like:
Day 1/2 RestĀ
Day 2/3 Chest/TricepsĀ
Day 3/4 Back/BicepsĀ
Day 4/5 Abs (at home) so rest mainly
Day 5/6 Shoulders/Chest (chest twice because I want to focus building that mainly)
Day 6/7 LegsĀ
Day 7/1 RestĀ
So I will try follow this as close as possible going to get a massive piece of paper up on my wall to look at so I know what I'm doing on what days. Also going to make day 1 Monday day 2 Tuesday ect. But today I am going to do Legs. Leg Workout up soon.
