Another thing you always should have in your box: A weird elf mage!
You never know when you will need one.
I used this one as a crazy elf bard and harper Garaelle. She lead a band of orcs, goblins and ogres that wanted to end civilization and kill all humans/elvs/dwarves/halflings. Her argument was like this: Orcs, Goblins and Ogres (the OGOls) are the real owners of all the land. They are the better beings. But they dont own the land. Instead the humans, dwarves, elves and halflings (HDEHls) own all the good places, like towns, villages etc. As the HDEHls are only basically food, they must own all these places unrightously. Therefore it is obvious that they must have taken that land and all the good places from the OGOls by creating an unrightous system of opression. So it is the OGOls right to overturn said system, take all that stuff back and put the HDEHls in there right place: food.
Well, my players found that to be abhorrent reasoning and smashed her and her OGOls as they were trying to lay siege to the small town Phandalin. :-)
Anyway, I tragically have no idea anymore who made that mini, but again, its always good to have a handy mad elf mage close at hand.
