"thank you so much for coming to show your support," sheena said in her most professionally sweet voice as she handed an autographed picture of herself to the final fan in line at her miami meet-and-greet. this was the first time in three hours that the line had finished, a sigh of relief leaving her as she quickly stood up before anyone else could show up. she noticed that the venue was closing and grinned to herself in satisfaction. that meant that there might even be more fans outside not being let in; she wasn’t happy about not seeing them, it just fed her ego to know that three hours wasn’t enough to go through all of hers fans in a state she’d only visited a few times before. “why don’t you take a break, ziggy?” sheena suggested to her bodyguard, a little grin on her lips, “miguel is on his way inside. meet you by the limo? we’ll be going to the hotel unless he wants to go out to dinner; i’m too beat for anything else.” alright, don’t leave the building. i’ll secure the perimeter, take a smoke, meet you back here to walk you out in five. “aye-aye captain,” sheena taunted, teasing him for how serious he was being, as if they were in the middle of the bronx instead of some random record store in miami. her head lifted as she heard the front door ding, smirking at who she saw. “you’re late.”
